Yackandandah Case Study
A groundbreaking collaboration between industry and community
In 2016 we began a partnership with volunteer community group, Totally Renewable Yackandandah (TRY), to explore energy solutions in order to help the community achieve its goal of powering the town with 100% renewable energy by 2022.
This unique partnership led to the Yackandandah Community Mini Grid project, which includes fourteen houses benefiting from integrated solar, batteries and energy management systems. Through Mondo®, the successes from Yackandandah can now be repeated for businesses and communities in Australia and beyond.
